1. Dealership Scope

Rosenfeld Gallery operates exclusively as a secondary market dealership and art advisory. We are not a representing gallery for the artists shown on this site. We source, place, and advise on works that have already entered the market.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that Rosenfeld Gallery acts as an independent intermediary or dealer and that our opinions on market value and quality are based on our professional experience and available market evidence.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Rosenfeld Gallery or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The artwork depicted on this site remains the intellectual property of the respective artists or their estates. Images are provided for informational and reference purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Conditions of Sale

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all works are sold "as is." While the Gallery makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions, high-resolution photography, and condition reports, it is the responsibility of the buyer to satisfy themselves as to the condition and provenance of any work before purchase.

All sales in the secondary market are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the transaction is complete and the work has been released to the buyer or their agent.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, this site or our services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
